Purchased Eagle Mountain Plaza, a 17,001 SF shopping center at 8455 Boat Club Road in Fort Worth.

Purchased Clifford Crossing, a 23,556 SF shopping center on Clifford Street with national tenants such as State Farm and CiCi’s Pizza.

Purchased Lowe’s Farm Market, a 10,730 SF shopping center located off the intersection of E. Broad Street and N. Holland in Mansfield, Texas. Tenants include State Farm, Dickey’s BBQ and others.

Purchased Camp Bowie Lone Star Plaza, a 23,290 SF shopping center on Camp Bowie Boulevard with specialty shops such as Bon Ton Roule Cigar, Ocone’s Bridal, and NV Salon.

Purchased Weatherford Commons, a 34,488 SF retail shopping center consisting of 3 buildings situated on 3.473 acres in Parker County on South Main Street in Weatherford, Texas. Some of our tenants include nationally recognized companies such as, Starbucks, Wing Stop, Hallmark, Payless Shoe Source, and others.

Purchased 12,659 SF one story free-standing building on the west end of Camp Bowie Boulevard.

2008
Staybridge Suites West Fort Worth Hotel was built on the site of the Clifford Center development project and is located in the suburban area of far west Fort Worth. The hotel has 86 guestrooms and one meeting room.

2007
Purchased 604 acres in the Palo Pinto Mountain Range and this became the H Lazy H Ranch. With spectacular natural scenery and abundant wildlife—the area is known for its trophy whitetail deer—H Lazy H Ranch has 15 ponds and 35 acres of coastal Bermuda and miles of ranch roads. It is located just west of city of Mineral Wells in Palo Pinto County.

2006
Clifford Retail Center is a Hickman Companies’ development project of 10.98 Acres in northwest Fort Worth. National ground lease tenants include QuikTrip and Chili’s Bar & Grill and the shopping strip center boasts popular tenants like Subway and GameStop.

2004
Hyatt Place Fort Worth Historic Stockyards was built in Fort Worth’s Historic Stockyards District and is located on East Exchange Avenue. A 101 guestroom hotel, it has placed at the very top of the Hyatt Place brand with a Quality Assurance score of 93.5% .

2003
Founded SC Energy which handles the oil and gas segment of Hickman Companies. SC Energy is currently invested in 55 wells located in the Barnett Shale.

1997
Purchased the Loma Building located on Risinger Road in southwest Fort Worth. The Loma Building is a 354,000 SF warehouse currently occupied by our tenant Wall’s Industries.

Purchased Wellington Square, a 54,378 SF shopping center located on the west end of Camp Bowie Boulevard. Major tenants – State of Texas Offices since 1995; Riscky’s Bar-B-Q since 2000; Wolf Camera since 2001; M & Company Salon since 2005

Purchased Quorum West, a six story 86,738 SF suburban office facility located on the west end of Camp Bowie Boulevard in Fort Worth. The Quorum building serves as a satellite campus for Tarleton State University, a field office for the Texas State Offices of Administrative Hearings, and is the home of Fort Worth Texas Magazine Corporate Offices.
